Nursery

Nursery (Ages 2-6)

Where It All Begins.
The first years of education shape everything that follows. At SCSSA Nursery, children aged 2 to 6 learn through structured play, guided exploration, and purposeful interaction, within a framework designed to build confidence, curiosity, and the academic foundations they will rely on for the next 12 years.
We follow the Pearson Early Years Curriculum (PEYC) framework, adapted for our context. Children develop literacy, numeracy, physical coordination, social skills, and creative expression in a safe, enclosed, and nurturing environment.

What Children Learn

  • Communication and Language: Spoken English, vocabulary, listening, story comprehension

What Parents Should Know

  • Small class sizes with dedicated teacher and teaching assistant per class Secure,
  • Enclosed outdoor play areas (no shared space with older students)
  • Nutritious vegetarian meals prepared on campus
  • Transition to Primary on the same campus, same friends, zero disruption
  • Regular communication via SCSS App and printed progress notes
  • Controlled access at dedicated Nursery gate for drop-off and pick-up
